some getting used to, rechargeable batteries present a new set of circumstances to manage. From remembering to charge every day to running out of battery when you’re out and about, these challenges can be frustrating at first when you’re getting used to your new hearing aid.
But there are a few things you can do to integrate recharging into your day-to-day schedule and get the most out of your new rechargeable batteries.

Let your batteries recharge when you do – while you sleep

Its powerful miniRITE R lithium-ion battery only needs 3 hours of charge to provide a full day’s power – pretty impressive when you compare it to the human average of 8. The best time to recharge your batteries is at night when you won’t be using them, so you wake up to a full day’s power, every dayii.
Keep your charger by your bed
Your hearing aids are probably the last thing you remove at night and the first thing you put on in the morning. For ease of use (and a helpful visual reminder to put them on charge) keep your charger close by your bed. It’s small enough to fit discreetly on a bedstand.
Make sure your charge is optimal
For the best way to recharge your hearing aid batteries, make sure the charging unit is connected directly to a wall socket in a room between 50 - 95 °F. This is best for battery health, as extreme temperatures can damage the battery’s lifespan or prevent it from charging.
And don’t forget – it’s OK if you do forget!
Battery running low? A 30-minute charge will give you an extra 6 hours use, so you don’t need to worry about being caught short.
